IBRODET factory is located in Ttunisia. It is a particular production unit for a highly qualified production with competitive prices. The factory has undergone a constant change in order to meet your expectations in terms of quality and security. The Labels –production factory, is mainly equipped with weaving machines( Switzerland), cutting and finishing machines ( Germany) and American printing machine, Italian silk-screen machines and off set printing machines( Germany) are at our clients disposal. An An embroidery shop, equipped with 8 ZSK embroidery machines with more than 120 head of 9 to 11 colors, is at our customers service. Among these machines, 2 embroidering machines for sequin embroidery (3 ;5mm)
A laser cutting workshop: We have a laser and ultrasound cutting machine which enables us to have a precise cutting on a variety of materials, and with suitable speed for the mass production. Our laser cutter combines flexibility, reliability, accuracy and quality cutting. Linked to a computer, the laser cutter can precisely and quickly cut and engrave many materials. It is also equipped with a video camera for automated cutting. This system allows to get various cuts of personalized shapes, a considerable clarity and precision, a very important cutting speed and a few materials lost.
